Here's the context: "... how very evil that lie is and how effective it has been in maintianing the killing at a pace of 1.3 million per year. I wonder what the 'right to kill the disabled' will use for their power-slogan?" Taken from the thread. I should have made a new paragraph for "Organs for Sale". It is general regarding the right to die movement. I have no reason to believe this is part of Terri's fight (perish the thought).

If there is an increase in the number of patients who are judged "ready to die," there will be a corresponding increase in the number of organs "ready to sell."
Perhaps that is an additional motivation for some right-to-diers.
