They're reporting on it now. The Judge denied the motion but said that lawyers could try again in 10 days....conveniently AFTER the date for removal of the tube. Schiavo's lawyer (Felos-the-Felon) said that he didn't think the Federal court would bar Greer from setting a date.
Complete bullshit. Excuse my french. No wonder there was a storm blowing through Florida.
So what's next? You all have dug up some impressive dirt on Greer and Co. Will any of it stick? Will the devil mask start appearing in Pinellas County soon?
Regarding that poem earlier up in the thread. Could it be that Terri was thrown down a flight of stairs? That wouldn't leave fingerprints on her neck. For the life of me, I couldn't believe that if she were strangled there wouldn't be evidence. If she went down the stairs, however...

None of that matters because of the blinkin-blankety-blank statute of stupid limitations. I think this is definitely a time when the statute should be declared unapplicable.

I think I need to stock up on coffee. And memory for my pc. If it can be proven, we can do it.

I am so Angry right now I could scream. What the blank is going on in this country. We're all angry right now. America is on the slippery slope, and we're headed downhill fast. I just want to know if there's anything anyone can do before it's too late?
Somewhere, Michael Schiavo has just cracked open a bottle of champagne.

Statute of limitations? How does that apply to this situation? I'm not up on legal stuff : (
One thing I know...there is no statute of limitations for murder.

Tampa Business Journal, July 29, 1999
MobileVest names new CEO
MobileVest has named a new chief executive officer. The New Port Richey holding company promoted Steve McConihay to the position of president and CEO. McConihay formerly was president of Signature Financial Services, a mortgage lender and property manager based in Zephyrhills, which MobileVest is in the process of acquiring. Earlier this week, the company said it plans to diversify its holdings into retail properties in addition to its current base of mobile home parks.

I was thinking more the abuse line. I didn't think so either, but I remember reading where "Judge" Greer cited it -- of course, that doesn't mean that's so.

They're just one big happy family, aren't they?
Wonder if the Federal Judge has any connections to this?

I wouldn't think that in a case like this, abuse still couldn't be cited. The abuse is ongoing after all. If Terri were a minor child, it would darn well be cited!

I want to sandbag the slippery slope. I want to tell Felos and his ilk, "Not yet. Your time has not yet come." And you know what? I might just do that.

I know how I would like to crack open his bottle of champagne!!! I am going to keep looking for the thread that is holding this sweater together, because just one pull in the right direction and we have them. Lord help us find it,before it's to late.

Keep it coming - NOW, more than ever, we have to find out if Greer is corrupt.
All - we have ten days to find out all we can about whether or not Greer should be holding this hearing in the first place. Yes, Terri's hearing is set for the 11th - but it will take her several days to die. During that time period, we need find the dirt on Greer, find anything that might help her, and bring it before the federal Judge when they try to appeal again.
If he won't hear our case, maybe the Attorney General of Florida will.
ORGANIZE A MASSIVE PROTEST to converge on the hospice, in the event of Terri's execution... no one should be able to drown us out on that day...

I hate to say this, but I hope I never have grandchildren. I don't want my baby to have to worry about his baby's future like I am. I just want to cry.

How active are Florida FReepers? Perhaps they can organize picket lines and rallies for Terri. I pinged some folks across the country, who have the art of FReeping down to a science, when I first came upon this thread. It may not save Terri's life, but maybe lives can be saved in the future. This is so sad...Things have to change!!!
