I thought that too. Reading the poem gave me the creeps.

I am way past the blur stage. Who knew we would uncover so many complexities and turf wars between Hospice and former employees? This is a major legal-medical situation with political overtones without taking into account religious implications.
Thanks for running the ping list and for your expertise. How many lines is the list at this point? It's 1:00 A.M. I feel driven to work on this. My inner voice is keeping me focused. I'll try to go to sleep now. Be back tomorrow.

I agree with everything you just said in this last post. I guess we are all burning the midnight oil in some fashion or another for Terri, but she's worth it! Perhaps some rest is due for now.

All we need to help Terri is ONE CHANGE OF HEART. Let's pray for that tonight since she's feeling better.

Count me in as part of the "midnight oil" crowd. These people are officers for more corporations, and have more ways of spelling their names than anybody has a right to have. I'm trying to make sure I don't lose track of anything, but I'm going to need a spread sheet to sort it all out... mmmmm... spread... the... sheets... all out... zzzzzZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzsncksssszzzz...
Whoops - whoops, back awake!!!

Appreciate the ping to the post. I would post the entire Schinlder filing of 8/30/2003 but it is so many pages long. Thought about posting it at my blogpage but that won't work either. pc93 has it all in a Word doc., if anyone has a website to which it could be posted for FR readers.

Here's a portion of the Supreme Court of Fla's denial. If this is the way the law is written, a person can be murdered even if they're not in a coma. Check out that Fla. Statute which is referenced in the following paragraph. It's a bad piece of legislation.
SCOFLA "cognition is not a prerequisite for withdrawal of life-prolonging procedures when there are no advance directives. Section 765.401(3), Florida Statutes, provides that absent evidence of patient intent, such medical procedures can be withheld or withdrawn when that decision is in the patients best interest. That statute by reference to Section 765.305, allows such decisions to be made for patients who are in end-stage or terminal conditions (765.305(2)(b)), said conditions not defined by lack of cognition (765.101(4) and (17)). 6. The affidavit attached to Petitioners motion has also been filed in the trial court, and no doubt will, upon the resolution of this round of appeals, form the basis of Petitioners next motion for relief from final judgment. After a fulltrial, and now after an additional 2 years of extensive medical tests and examinations and an eight-day hearing with six medical experts including four neurologists, Petitioners now seek to challenge the conclusions of the trial and appellate courts with the opinion of a speech pathologist who has worked for seven years. That fact that someone disagrees with the findings of eminent neurologists and the opinions of the courts is insufficient for this court or any court to further delay the implementation of the wards medical treatment wishes. 7. Again, for the reasons set forth in the Emergency Motion to Vacate Stay,Respondent requests that the emergency motion for stay be denied.
FV SAYS: Terri is not in end-stage or terminal condition and it's not in her best interest to be starved to death. Florida's Supreme Court argued themselves into a conundrum. I don't think they followed one of the statutes they cited about "in the best interest". The Supreme Court of Florida wants Terri dead too, no matter what.

Here's a nice corporation with Michael Schiavo on IT'S board of directors...
Jerger & Centonze Insurance (mispelled INSURNACE) Inc.
While Jodi's name appears on it, she is not an officer of the corp. Notice how convoluted it gets. Here's the URL for the propery assessment -
Jodi Centonze's (Mike Schiavo's) home
Comparable sales value 2001-2003: $240,300
SQ FT: 2,159
Custom Wood Frame
Pool valued at $15,000
I think I need to find out a little bit more about Jodi Centonze...

All these officials serving on a Hospice Board and none of them appear to be involved in oversight. It is a rubber stamp kind of place. Just look out for Hospice's "You're Next" stamp.

It's probably posted at the Not Dead Yet web site which is part of Terri's official team. Do a google under that group's name. They may have the Motion for tomorrow there.

I should be getting a big overtime check any day now. I've been doing split shifts. Day then night. Night then day. Michael Schiavo's getting more sleep than I am. LOL

I hope you don't mind but I just E-Mailed the two
news(?) organizations the following. I hope you won't mind
that I borrowed most of your words?
Surely you know that the nation is watching this case very carefully.
"It would seem that Associated Press news(?)wire and the Tallahassee Democrat had the story they did on Terri wrong on two counts.
(1) She is not, as we all know, in a coma, and
(2) the filing with the federal court is not about gaining access to Terri's medical records.
Both entities should be censored for the blatant errors and omissions in their coverage of a pending court order to terminate the life of a conscious woman who is breathing without assistance. That order, penned by Circuit Court Judge Richard Greer is, in my opinion, a reckless abandonment of judicial temperament in favor of a kind of Tartar barbarism.
The citizens of Tampa and Tallahassee have been told a lie under the guise of news journalism.
Do they deserve this insult to their intellect? Have the news organizations of Florida become so lazy as to use unverified sources, and trample upon the trust of their subscribers in an effort to reduce staff overhead expense? What percentage of profit is realized from manufacturing misinformation these days?"
I cannot believe that Judges, men of law, and Newspapers who supposedly seek the truth, would allow this injustice to continue - that a man can "MURDER" his wife
and the law goes along with it. Remember, one day all will be judged for his/her actions.
Sincerely,
"AnimalLover"
