Yes. They literally murdered them in many countries. Check out the Mexican Catholic martyrs under the Freemasonic gov't.

Wherefore we see that men are publicly tempted by the many allurements of pleasure; that there are journals and pamphlets with neither moderation nor shame; that stage-plays are remarkable for license; that designs for works of art are shamelessly sought in the laws of a so-called realism; that the contrivances of a soft and delicate life are most carefully devised; and that all the blandishments of pleasure are diligently sought out by which virtue may be lulled to sleep. Wickedly, also, but at the same time quite consistently, do those act who do away with the expectation of the joys of heaven, and bring down all happiness to the level of mortality, and, as it were, sink it in the earth. Of what We have said the following fact, astonishing not so much in itself as in its open expression, may serve as a confirmation. For, since generally no one is accustomed to obey crafty and clever men so submissively as those whose soul is weakened and broken down by the domination of the passions, there have been in the sect of the Freemasons some who have plainly determined and proposed that, artfully and of set purpose, the multitude should be satiated with a boundless license of vice, as, when this had been done, it would easily come under their power and authority for any acts of daring...

...With the greatest unanimity the sect of the Freemasons also endeavors to take to itself the education of youth. They think that they can easily mold to their opinions that soft and pliant age, and bend it whither they will; and that nothing can be more fitted than this to enable them to bring up the youth of the State after their own plan. Therefore, in the education and instruction of children they allow no share, either of teaching or of discipline, to the ministers of the Church; and in many places they have procured that the education of youth shall he exclusively in the hands of laymen, and that nothing which treats of the most important and most holy duties of men to God shall be introduced into the instructions on morals.

Pope Leo XIII

Humanum Genus - Encyclical on Freemasonry - Promulgated on April 20, 1884

I found a paragraph towards the end of the Motion to Disqualify J. Greer.

2. "Further, Carassas told the undersigned (Terri's attys) that he had talked to Judge Greer recently and that Judge Greer told him that he was incensed by Jeb Bush's letter to the Judge about the case and if Jeb was a lawyer that he could be grieved."

FV SAYS: If this is legislator John Carassas, he's local and he's a compassionate conservative. He could have done nothing but he abided by his oath as a Florida legislator and as a member of the Fla. Bar.

His office did accept phone calls re: Terri Schiavo and for all we know, when Greer brought this up to him, Carassas DID THE RIGHT THING. He's GOP.

I am not following this line of thinking. Why would Greer get incensed because Bush sent him a letter? Greer knows that he, not Bush, has the final say over whether Terri is starved or not.

On an interview tv a few weeks ago, Michael Schiavo said the priest was prohibited from seeing Terri because "he was a spy" for the family and was on their witness list. Exact words.

Up late? I went to sleep early but had a startling wake up and had to take meds. We're all just trying to help and we'll get back to our regular schedules once Terri gets justice.

Hannity and O' Reilly know about this as do some world net daily reporters & other opinion writers. We've emailed lots of folks and the reporters-writers thank Free Republic for what we're doing for Terri and to keep up the good work.

Please do call Hannity. He hasn't talked about Terri enough. O' Reilly needs to do a followup. Glenn Beck, Clear Channel, is AMAZING re: Terri. Welcome aboard.

Terri may be saved because a local legislator went to Terri's counsel to report J. Greer talking to him about Jeb Bush minding his own business.

I believe it was John Carassas but the Motion does not give his first name. John Carassas is a good lawyer-legislator for Largo area. GOP

I'm glad to hear Carassas is a good guy.

Speaking of elected officials...I wonder how folks would feel about voting for a judge who has problems reading/seeing and doesn't bother to look at evidence that is presented to him.

I don't think Greer is even protected by the ADA.

MAJORITY OPINION

(O'CONNOR, J., delivered the opinion of the Court, in which REHNQUIST, CJ., and SCALIA, KENNEDY, SOUTER, THOMAS, and GINSBURG, JJ. joined)

The Court affirmed the Tenth Circuit's interpretation of the scope of ADA coverage, and held that the [vision impaired] petitioners had not shown they were "disabled" within the ADA's meaning.

I can't read J. Greer's mind but a Judge is not supposed to be talking about anyone (in theory) wherein he's the Judge. Of course it happens, but in this case, he's showing bias towards any request(s) to try something else. If Governor Bush was annoying to him, just think how annoying Terri's parents have been all these years. Greer should be disqualified because if you aren't FELOS or Michael Schiavo, you just make J. Greer angry and are annoying him from closing Terri's file.

You see, for the rest of Terri's life, she will always be a ward and always need a guardian, unless she has a gigantic miracle. Judge Greer would just as soon close her file. She's an open file unless her life is terminated. I'm thinking Greer is too cranky, can't see and is maybe in denial that he's getting older?

When I read about Greer, I keep thinking of the aging "Matlock" character played by Andy Griffith. Matlock was always "right" in his eyes and though he had a sense of humor, he did not like to be challenged by anyone. Greer probably then sees himself as so outstanding in law that he is not to be questioned, particularly by a layman. I don't have much hope that Greer will recuse himself, but I think he will proceed with dehydration as soon as possible.

On a lighter note, I thought I was holding my letter to J. Greer in my car to see what happens tomorrow. I checked the letter this morning. It appeared my letter went out and I was holding a payment to a doctor in the same type envelope.

So, maybe this is what put him over the edge. "You're a mean one, Mr. Greer, you really are an eel." (sung to the Grinch Song). If he can't see, maybe his Judicial Assistant sang it to him. lol

Well, do you think Greer would have become incensed if the late Governor Lawton Chiles had similarly tried to intervene on Terri's behalf?

I think Greer is operating in his own realm, party affiliation is not in play here. For all we know, he's a pubbie because his pal Sheriff Rice is GOP and Carassas is GOP.

I wonder if Sheriff Rice told Terri's attorneys that Greer talked to him which was on yesterday's news. Somebody told them. GOP turning on one of their own because he's dead wrong? If true, good for Carassas and Sheriff Rice.

Well, he's still got someone answering his phone as a legislator from the phone book. Glad he kept that phone line open, probably to pass it on to his successor. Anyway, there's been no election as far as I can tell. WC, you opened another can of worms! LOL
