I can hardly think that a physician of that stature, president of the Vermont Medical Society, would so openly kill a patient, and it is just a coincidence that Vermont has a pending assisted suicide bill in progress.
Too coincidental to not be connected.
He was testing the waters or something. And look what happened? Nothing. What message is that sending to the rest of the country?
And be very worried. Because Dean is pro-assisted suicide and he's rising like scum in water right now.

This reminds me of the Bush-Gore recount days. It is too riveting and important to stay away. When I log off the net, something else happens. I keep hoping Terri gets justice and hubby, et al get their walking papers.
THIS WAS THE FOURTH TIME JUDGE GREER WAS ASKED TO STEP DOWN. WHY DIDN'T HE STEP DOWN BEFORE? What's keeping him on this guardianship case against all odds?

Many of the people who are judges should not be judges -- they lack the judicial temperament. Instead they are ideologically biased, usually in favor of liberalism. So many judges make up their minds before they hear the facts of a case. It sounds like Greer has had a bias against Terri for many years. He being a marathon runner, and she being confined to a bed, unable to walk or talk: he finds her status "not worth living." This particular judge may also like Schiavo and Felos have a "messianic complex," wouldn't you think?
