I thought that taking boxes of jello to a courthouse on September 11 was a REALLY BAD IDEA. So, I got flamed for being against free speech. Before that, the same person flamed me for lacking understanding of why there was a need to contact Jim Robinson about the jello campaign.

When I thought the jello campaign was simply a piece of paper, a parody, Jim Robinson's need to know is not on the radar screen. When actual boxes of powdery stuff is taken to a courthouse on September 11th, Jim Robinson should know.

The Jello boxes are now on hold. I think that's a great move.

I'm going to keep praying for Terri and her right to live under the Constitution of the United States. I only walked away from jello, not Terri.

No, you're not wrong. The bishops in Florida are not doing much to help Terri. The first response of the St. Petersburg bishop was very weak, IMO, but they came out with a second, and stronger statement a few days later. Unfortunately, there are few bishops who are willing to "take the gloves off" and denounce in strong terms this dastardly deed.

Just once, I'd like to see a bishop say something like this "This is murder most foul, and it will not stand!!" Of course, does anyone think that the likes of Felos, etc. would be impressed by this?

Just e-mailed Glenn Beck to thank him for helping Terri and suggested he bring his show to Florida the 11th. Wouldn't that be wonderful?

That would be awesome!! I'll e-mail him and thank him too, although I didn't get to hear it. I had a raging battle in my living room -- with my 4 year old wearing his bike helmet, blanket around his neck and a belt shouting "I'm suuuuuuuuuper mannnnnn!!!!!"

Would somebody please pass the Excedrin? ;-)

Can't get any Excedrin to you, but can tell you as a mom whose kids are grown now, how much you will miss that some day! I do however have a granddaughter that hopefully will be getting on my nerves soon. LOL

Oh, honey, I know. You're right. He's absolutely a gem and I couldn't live without him! (cute too, but that's my unbiased opinion! lol) And I'm sooo proud of him today. We started logic/comparisons in homeschool. There were 3 worksheets with 3 problems each. I thought maybe we'd get through one or two problems. HE DID ALL 3 SHEETS! What a great kid. He's math/science oriented. Getting him to learn his letters was/is a bear, but he can take apart and put flashlights back together! Tested at 6-7 year old aptitude levels across the board.

I just looked at the individual scores of two places on that list, and there were a plethora of Ds.
