Ah, yes. Hillary thinks that someone "probably" called for a meeting, and someone "probably" told the EPA to lie. However, she knows that "somebody" sent an e-mail.

In other words, the Stalinist bag wants an investigation based upon what she thinks "probably" happened. She doesn't have any proof; she has an intuition or a "feeling."

Or she's just spouting more lying garbage to try to make Bush look bad.
