Uh, Fred, we could have bought them without being advised. Trust me, it stunk of wet burning flesh and thick dust well into November. We didn't need a report to know why we were coughing.

First thing you have to do is make life as normal as possible for the kids. You try forcing small children to wear a mask for dangers unseen while scary things are going on....

3,000 people die in a massacre and certain Americans are going to blame someone for breathing in areas they know are not safe- no govt warning is needed when there is an inch of dust on everything. When you do demo in an old house, for example, you wear a mask because it is likely there is lead, asbestos, etc possibly in the air. You don't need a govt agency to tell you that. you use common sense. After the WTC attack, everyone was saying air quality was a problem. It was common knowledge.

i'm tired of this victim society we live in. All the hypochondriacs, enviro whackos and sue crazy litigators will come out now and make this nothing into the environmental disaster of the century.

And the sheeple will see it in the media and be convinced that the Republicans are killing innocents again. Great...

Hillary Clinton demanded answers on Tuesday about a misleading Environmental Protection Agency report issued just days after the 9/11 attacks, saying she suspects "somebody further up the chain" at the White House "probably" gave the order to omit or change information on the dangers posed by airborne contaminants in and around Ground Zero.

"Somebody sent an email, somebody called for a meeting, somebody in that White House probably under instructions from somebody further up the chain told the EPA, 'Don't tell the people of New York the truth,'" Clinton told reporters.

"And I want to know who that is," she angrily insisted.

Gosh golly gee .. she is throwing accusation with no proof of anything .. must less proof of an email and then demands to know who it was

You mean the alternative to lying? How about not saying anything instead of lying that the air had been checked to be safe?

How about saying to wear masks, keep kids, elderly, the ill indoors, but otherwise go on. But altering EPA negative news, and doctoring up false reports of pie in the sky, and putting it under an NSA umbrella bites. I would love to know how many people would just accept this if the EPA did this on Clinton's watch.

Clinton is president, an event 10 times oklahoma city happens, his EPA people say "we checked, everything is fine", and repeats the lie for 9 months, until they actually bother checking the particulates in the air. Several people nearby get respiratory problems. I am sure everybody would say, oh that is swell. What else was there to be done?

I don't hate Bill as much as Hillary. So my test is always Hillary. If this happened on her watch, how would I react. It usually leads me to understand if a story is really important or not.

If Hillary's EPA did this, I would want the Secretary of the EPA impaled on a stick, with dioxin and asbestos shoved down their throat. But that is just me.
