Do the entire nine judges on the 11th Circuit, one of the most conservative in the country, and made up mostly of Reagan appointees, deserve the same swift kick? They affirmed Thompson's decision.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but only two judges from the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed Thompson's decision.

I thought the entire court reviewed the decision.

If they didn't, why didn't Moore ask them to?

You are wrong. It was three. And a different panel denied the untimely request for a stay.

Courts of Appeals sit in panels of 3 judges. All 3 affirmed Thompson's decision. (2 of the 3 signed on to a special warning to Moore not to defy the court's ruling.)
