We should discuss who had the authority in that building to put up any display, not who owns the building. You realize, of course, that public buildings contain all sorts of displays, works of art, and community announcements. Someone decides who gets to put them up.

It is funny isn't it that Judge Moore has never been challenged on the basis of lacking the authority to choose displays for the building in question? Apparently that's not an issue. If it were it would have been very simple and uncontroversial to have the monument removed.

And if other displays, art, postings are permitted by the process that gets things put up, then it would demean religious speech to say that ONLY religious speech can be censored from the building.
