Contrary to what some of the holier and thou types keep saying, forgiveness isn't an issue here. Forgiveness does not mean that justice should not be served.

I don't know this to be absolutely accurate. I wasn't there when he took his last breath. Therefore, I am not going to say that he was not repentant.
