Speaking of pork, try this with pork steak: It's another one of my "so easy but you won't believe how good it is" recipes! (One of the guys I used to work with at the PD would beg me to bring "leftovers" into work and he'd eat 'em cold!)

Put some crushed garlic in olive oil and nuke it long enough to get the oil warm. Rinse pork steaks under cold water and dry between layers of paper towels. Once the oil cools to room temp, rub it onto both sides of the pork steaks. Grill over direct heat so you get some charred parts. (I like to use thinner cuts so that it's char, turn, char, they're done!)

These pork steaks don't need any other seasoning, imo! I love 'em just the way they are. (It works best with pork steak because there's more fat on those than on pork chops or loin. Most of the fat melts away during the grillin' anyhow! I figure the olive oil burns off, too, so it's healthy.) ;)
