An Arizona pipeline operated by Kinder Morgan Energy Partners failed a test to determine if it was repaired sufficiently following a rupture last month, Bloomberg News reported Wednesday.

It seems like a website could be set up where the gougers are listed. That way when the situation is resolved we know where not so buy our gas. They rip us off when we are hurting and we just return the favor down the road.

They used to have the maps showing the exact locations of the pipeline on a website, for municipal planning purposes. They were all removed after 911.

And because this began over the weekend, people were in line from Sunday to get gas. In the gas shortage of the 70's, my niece strapped a cooler on her red wagon and make a bundle selling drinks to those in line. She also bought every newspaper she could find and doubled her money.
