Pancakes look great...mmmmmm. I also hope all is well with you. Btw, last Thursday (during my well desrved week off) I had just crossed over the GW Bridge into Jersey when the Blakout hit, although I did not know it at the time. Made it to my Bro's house in West Jersey (not affected by blackout) and I was poolside BBQing and enjoying various beverages through the evening. Only later did I see on TV there was a major black out in the Noth East including my home on LI. If I had delayed my leaving home for one hour I never would have made it off the Island and would have been stuck in one giant traffic jam. Sometimes you do get a bit lucky. I believe you folks in MD were spared so am I am happy for that.
