I know that it's hot in the east but was there a known critical strain on the system? And why would Canada first blame lightning, then the United States. I find this really odd, particularly if there were other critical factors in play.

If I was to take a guess .. it's a little of both

FNC is reporting that the Red Cross is in NY and they are passing out water bottles and or things to the people

Well, if Hillary can blame Enron, why shouldn't Chretien blame the US in general. They are too socialist peas in a pod.

Didn't you know that everything bad that every happens is always Bush's fault, the fault of the Vast Right Wing Conspiracy and of course the fault of the US in general.
