While I'm not as jumpy as Huckleberry, he's got a point: Let's be a little more realistic. I'm hoping for human error, and that the islamofascists stay home tonight. BUT. Bloomie and the media are always - ALWAYS - far too quick to rule out terrorism.

In current times, terrorism has to remain a consideration, until it is proven that it is not. And as it's been asked - what caused this to happen? That is different from knowing the location of the initial event.

Thank You!

This is what I'm on about!

I don't want this to be terrorism, but it certainly is irresponsible and mind-boggling that the government could come out within minutes and completely deny any possibility of it.

That's just insane.

You cannot rule out terrorism or sabotage of some kind. I understand they don't want people to panic, but truth is truth and it's decietful and irresponsible after 9/11 to simply try to rule out any possibility of terrorism within moments after it's happened.

I know enough about the power grid to know they couldn't possibly have determined the cause within minutes. They might know where the failure occured, but that doesn't mean sabotage of some kind wasn't the cause of the failure at that point (or points).
