"[Impeachment] was another thing I will never forgive the Republican Party for," Schwarzeneggar said. "We spent one year wasting time because there was a human failure. I was ashamed to call myself a Republican during that period."

Yeap, I wasn't aware of this quote, either. I am really beginning to wonder about Arnold.

However, some Hollywood guy on the radio was saying just the other day (I may not get the exact quote but pretty close), "There is a DEMCOCRATIC operation on right now, to turn the conservatives against Schwarzenegger with (false) exaggerations about his liberalism ... in fact, he's a neo-conservative and a 'Libertarian' who attends Libertarian gatherings ... in fact he's a great admirer of Ronald Reagan, and has a BUST OF REAGAN in his (home) office " ...

Now, I don't know if this is a pile of horse manure, because who knows where this other guy in the Hollywood scene is coming from, or what his agenda is. And, don't ask me his name, because I already forgot. Also, I was coming off a plane back from HOU, was in LAX to transfer, and I ran into some Hollywood guy (he has photos of some celeb, now I forgot this celeb's name too, was some T.V. show guy or something - I guess I'm going senial or something) - anyway, he starts telling me about John Wayne, patriot and all, and then (and this was BEFORE Arnold stated his candidacy, BEFORE the CA recall hit the media) he starts to tell me about Arnold Schwarzenegger in sort of the same light as John Wayne, some kind of "Republican who loves the USA", "wants to save Bush", and stuff, "patriot" ... don't know what to make of that, but this guys was all praise for Arnold - again, this was BEFORE the recall. Frankly, that discussion, or one-way discussion/speech this Hollywood guy was giving me, well, when the whole recall thing kicked in, it sort of influenced me to have interest in Arnold Schwarznegger. Quite frankly, I don't know what to do. This race is going to be A LOT TIGHER then some folks think.
