Just an observation, but don't you think he looks angry? Yeah, he looks angry, but I don't think it means much. He could be angry whether he's guilty or innocent. I also don't think there was anything wrong with the way he dressed. His clothes were neat and clean, and that's all that really matters, at least to me. I'm sure he'll be wearing a necktie for the jury, though, for whatever that may be worth.
I don't see anything wrong with it exactly. But if my life was on the line, I would wear a suit and tie. I wonder if Kobe realizes how serious this is. I heard someone say Kobe wouldn't think of pleading guilty to a lesser charge because it would be the end of his basketball career. If the evidence goes against him he should think about what prison would be like before he make that decision. Staying out of prison is more important than any job. LOL
