A judge shouldn't concern himself with the media. This is a small town, not LA, so what Napolitano says probably doesn't mean much. Small towns frown on crime a lot more than LA does.

Yes it does. It means that this court will do it's job whether the media likes it or not. Napolitano and the media isn't running this trial, this court is, and they're going to do it way they would do it for a local it appears so far.
