Of course, cases make it to court that have no business being there, but unless you are saying it's the rule, calling a "certain amount of faith" laughable speaks to a cynicism that I don't have. I find it as distasteful as those who slant against Kobe because of their notion of black basketball players, males or ones personal wealth. I will gladly put my certain amount of faith in the institutions before a young woman or man that I don't know. In the end any verdict may be just the reflection of a culture gone wrong or the best that money can buy.
