Confused at Special Weapon and Tactic (SWAT) team's different hand signals, the Department of Justice and Department of Treasury have teamed together to make a uniform "hand signal" for their "hot entry" or "dynamic entry" tactical teams that serve search warrants, arrests, and subpeoneas.
The hand signals are used to keep teams instantly updated in a raid without having to use a radio or other noisy, verbal communication that would negate stealth and suprise famous to SWAT teams.
