No, seriously, he's doing fine (but it IS 130 degrees in the daytime in Baghdad!)
He's trying to make the most out of the situation by volunteering for extra missions and duties, by swimming in the pool his unit made, by playing the guitar that I sent him every day, by reading all the great books people have sent him, and by starting a Bible study once a week.
We're praying that he somehow gets home before school starts in the fall so he doesn't lose the whole semester, but that's not looking too promising....
