I'm sorry if I somehow sounded like a know-it-all. That was not my intent.

Well, not to quibble, but it was incomplete information, which I am not arguing is any better. You hang in there too.

So if we ran the country according to your principles, slavery would still be legal.
After you buy that dictionary, make sure you look up the word "whackjob".

You misunderstood the intent of my remarks. I was demonstrating how the Founders consistently placed pragmatism before such ephemeral principles like "human rights". I think it is logical to infer that they would not see Liberia as a significant US interest. President Washington's Farewell Address already warned against investing emotions in foreign countries and the benefits of studying our own interests, alone.

Very good news from President Bush. I hope he doesn't send the troops to this quagmire.

Cut are you talking to yourself again?
We should stay the heck out of African tribal wars, that should be obvious.
At least if you're going to talk to yourself you're making some sense.

Actually I usually act under the assumption people read the entire thread, meaning who the post is specifically addressed to is meaningless. :P That's because you've spent so much time on those phpBB boards where they don't have the same functionality.
Hehe. BTW have you heard from moo-cow the J00 hater lately? I saw he had one of his "I hate Israel" threads a while back and felt like kicking the crap out of him.

The little fatso posted a bunch of anti-Israel screeds on the ARC forum. Have you ever seen a pro-pali racist that wasn't an anti-semite?
I'd leave him a little wiggle room and say he never actually came out and admitted it, but he really is very anti-Israel.
I just got off ARC about 5 minutes ago. I'll FReepmail you my email addy so you can send me something.
