This is why fox news is #1.

Unfortunately fox news itself is falling into the gurella war "quagmire" by placing an incredible microscope on every single casualty in iraq, just like all the other media are doing. And by fretting on "gurella war".

True, but as long as it is possible for news media to focus on every single casualty, it can't possibly be a "quagmire". If the casualties begin rolling in at such rate that the media can't keep up with them, then they might be able to use the term "quagmire".

This is true. I have been e mailing requests to the Fox Bagdad reporters to provide better coverage of what is actually happening on the streets. I asked for visits to the souks and commercial areas to let us have a look at real life. I asked the onscreen types to intercede with producers to find some evidence post-Saddam Iraqi life is changed....better or worse.

Try it, firstnme.lastname@foxnews.com.

Fox seems ready enough to converse with viewers on several shows and maybe if enough folks ask, will take requests for news from Iraq.
