Optimus Prime (OH Natl Guardsman who changed name) back home from military duty

CUYAHOGA FALLS -- The Cuyahoga Falls man who changed his name to Optimus Prime, a Transformers toy and leader of the Autobots, has been granted leave from active duty in the Gulf.

In addition to a death in the family, a fire destroyed the house where he planned to move.

"The Red Cross message came through and they got me right out of there," said Prime. "I only had a half hour to pack to come home. I was on a plane back the same day and it was about a 28 hour plane ride to get back here."

Prime's girlfriend and four children lived in the house that was destroyed. He'll be home until Sunday.
