FYI...interesting announcement/news. Although a relatively mionor exercise, it is major development that the two historically adversarial nations are drawing closer together. One we will not particularly like at all.
It's a factual occuranc right out of the pages of the fictional Dragon's Fury Series of novels.
I thought those following the novel series might have some interest in this development.
Best Fregards.
Jeff

Good. A great opportunity for us to obtain free training services for our fast attack submarines, and a great chance to update the two orders of battle.

At least these developments won't require any rewriting for you.

What I see happening is a diabolical plan to keep the ONE thing that would frustrate Axis plans from happening, namely, India's increasing distancing of Russia and adoption of the US - UK et al alliance as her primary partner. It's as if Vijpayee has been bitten by the same bug which caused George W. Bush to look into Vladimir Putin's eyes and see a soul, real or imagined. I believe most of the impetus for this seeming Sino - Indian thaw came, SIGNIFICANTLY, from the Chinese side. Meanwhile, Pakistan have undertaken a new effort to further "befriend" the US. Anything to keep the US and India apart. Of course, once India has served her purpose for the Axis, she'll be stabbed in the back and then discarded.

Together, they are over 2 billion people. Alliances today are like shifting sand and these are the top 2 countries getting outsourced jobs from our high-tech manufacturing and IT. Hard to believe that there are U.S. Senators who want to outsource DoD projects now.

It's definitely very interesting, and not just a bit disconcerting.

We give Pakistan a $3 billion handout and India talks nice to China. Coincidence?

Thanks to Kosovo the Russians were able to get India and China to begin to form a counter alliance. Those who followed events in the Balkans-Kosovo warned of this but few listened. Now many here will be suprised when they should not be...
