Whether it's Patches having another public mental breakdown, or Robert Jr. sounding like he wants a timeout during an interview so he can run to bathroom and mainline some smack, I kinda' enjoy watching the Kennedy family's dance of slow political death and irrelevance .
When John (the only one with national political potential) Jr.'s plane crashed, that was the ringing of the family trees political power. Though Ted will enjoy a Strom Thrumond like political tenure in the senate, it's over for the rest of them.
Having them removed from America's political stage via the classicly undignified vaudevillian hook is appropriate.

A couple of hundred means nothing to drunk liberal elite's. They dump more on the monthly bar bill. But to a decent struggling working class family, it means the braces the kids need, or a well earned family trip.
Democrats are welcome to all the deadbeat "inherited money" crowd. We have the people who earned their money, not the losers living off the luck of being born rich.

No, no. Don't castigate him. I think he's actually right. The tax cuts should go to those who work, and lazy bums like him can even have their taxes raised if it will make them feel better. It'll leave more for those of us with JOBS. I think he's come up with quite a sound (and noble) idea.

Kennedy can donate his whole stipend to the government if he's wants. He didn't earn it, why should he care?

PK was filling in for Captain Obvious, who was in the hospital following a car ride with Teddy.
