Patrick "Patches" Kennedy: ...'I have never worked a [bleeping] day in my life'....

THIS JUST IN...

• As sometimes happens with Rep. Patrick Kennedy (D-R.I.), he let his mouth race ahead of his brain Wednesday night at a gathering of Young Democrats at the Washington nightspot Acropolis. After presidential candidate Howard Dean spoke, Kennedy delivered an impassioned peroration against President Bush's tax cut. We hear that Kennedy told the crowd: "I don't need Bush's tax cut. I have never worked a [bleeping] day in my life." With that he got the audience's attention -- the dropping-jaws kind.

OMG, that was great!

We all knew it was true though. Patrick only confirmed it for us.

I don't think we need to worry about Pat ever running for president.

The Navy has been storing the ashes of veterans awaiting burial at sea. Sometimes they store them for DECADES. But when a Kennedy who never served his country (except possibly at age 3, by behaving well at his father's funeral) killed himself by recklessly piloting an airplane in weather conditions for which he wasn't rated, the Navy and Coast Guard spent I don't know how much money finding him, then gave him a military funeral at sea with full honors. I was sick about it and still am. Running a semi-porn men's magazine into near bankruptcy and being a President's son should never entitle anyone to a military funeral ahead of actual veterans.

I'm mad all over again, and it's been what, two, three years? More?

They ARE all worthless now, though John F. Kennedy had a good idea or six--considering who he was.

When might this story hit the media. I've checked around and so far nothing except for the original post have I seen anything on this.

My thoughts on Kennedy have morphed over time.  I was twelve when he died.  Of course there was a natural tendency for a young kid to think he was a fallen hero and I fell into that.  I watched Cronkite do his bit and I bought the whole thing hook line and sinker.  I had no idea what Walter Cronkite was and is. (He's a globalist socialist of the highest order.  He thinks we should sign on to letting the United Nations rule the world.  It seems to irritate him that we even have a government.)  Kennedy was a charismatic individual.  The media likes to play Clinton up as being the charming Kennedyesqe clone, but compared to John Kennedy, Bill Clinton was Eddie Haskel.

Over the years I noted that Kennedy was a ladies man.  Read that, he hit on anything with two legs and a will to serve her country.  His conquests included (mob boss) Sam Giancana's hand picked liason, Judith Exner as well as an East German spy.  John had his fling with Marilyn Monroe before handing her off to Robert.  Robert may have been one of the last persons to see her alive, contrary to reports at the time.  It was all very hush hush.  That's the way all of the Kenndy dirt was treated back then.  The media was in love with the Camelot image they created and the nation be damned, they were sticking with it.

There's a lot of ground to cover with John.  His political career was as classic case of double cross and hoodwinking the masses.  His first election was won due to his dad manipulating the process.  His main opponent whose name I can't remember, lost because John's dad placed another person on the ballot with the same name.  Nobody knew who to vote for, the opposing vote was split and John was in.

When it came time for him to run for President Joe (his dad) paid off Daily to swing the vote in Chicago.  For many years I thought this was all that was needed, but as it turns out Texas had a high incidence of vote irregularities as well.  Nixon only lost by something like 100,000 votes.  I'm not sure what the electoral vote was, but Nixon very well may have won.  Unlike Gore, Nixon refused to call the election into question.  For the good of the nation he let the count stand, knowing there was likely much corruption in Chicago.  He might have won Illinois, but he didn't push it.

Just last year we found out that Kennedy spent much of his time on a number of medications, serveral of which were Class II narcotics.  Just like Clinton, the public was never notified of his medical record.  Kennedy's record was cleansed for public review.

Kennedy was for all intents an purposes as big or bigger sleaze than Clinton was.  And that's one more reason why I could never be a Democrat.  Kennedy, Carter and Clinton are the absolute disasters the Demorats have given us during the last fifty years.  If this nation ever elects a democrat to the Presidency again, it will be a disgrace on the entire history of this nation.

We hear that Kennedy told the crowd: "I don't need Bush's tax cut. I have never worked a [bleeping] day in my life." With that he got the audience's attention -- the dropping-jaws kind. "He droned on and on, frequently mentioning how much better the candidates would sound the more we drank," a witness told us. "Finally, he had to be stopped by a DNC volunteer."

Oh Real Good Patches ... LOL

With regard to John John, I understand your comments.

Perhaps I've got a skewed view of the kid, but as Kennedy's go, I think John was more leavel headed than most. He did attempt to earn a living by 'normal' means. He didn't seem to crave public attention.

I thought for all the public clamoring to idolize the kids, Jackie did a pretty good job of raising the two of them.

Yes John John did screw up and it cost him and his wife their lives. He wouldn't be the first person to do something stupid like that in a plane. I'll have to admit I was sad when it happened. I hated to see him cash in like that.

As for the military honors, I don't blame you a bit. The burrying of him at sea doesn't bother me so much. In truth I didn't watch the events, so I'm not sure what actuall honors were attributed to him. If it was a military funeral the type our troops get, I think it would be entirely inappropriate.

I'm not too familiar with that story. I am aware of her but I don't know much about her or her history.

Kennedy told the crowd: "I don't need Bush's tax cut. I have never worked a [bleeping] day in my life."

So this makes him the same as every other living Kennedy. It also certainly puts in perspective why he (and the rest of the elite liberal political class) is so cavalier about confiscating more and more tax dollars from people who DO work for a living so that the money can be used to buy the votes of the parasite class for Democrats nationwide.

I'm not too familiar with that story. I am aware of her but I don't know much about her or her history.

Her name is Rosemary and she was born mentally retarded. Something Joe Kennedy (the father) couldn't seem to deal with and scheduled her to have a lobotomy, the surgery was botched and left Rosemary more mental damaged.

I don't remember if his is still alive today, but I think she is

Yeah, that sounds about right. I just haven't seen much on her. Of course the media must honor the family's privacy. You know, sortof like they have with the Bush daughters.

JFK actually signed an executive order for the CIA sponsored assassination of a fellow head of state--Roman Catholic President of South Viet Nam, Ngo Dinh Diem, in September 1962. Three weeks later JFK is gunned down himself in Dallas, Texas, November 1962.

Ten to one, 99% of Freepers did not know this. Don't take my word for this. Search JFK, CIA and Diem on google.com and se what you get.

If I recall correctly they put Rosemay in a Wisconsin institution .. Eunice Kennedy is involved with the Special Olympics and often mentions Rosemary being mentally retarded

What struck me about the article was what was considered to be Kennedy's faux pas -- that he used an expletive, not the abject stupidity of his admission that he's never worked a day in his life. As if we didn't know that.

The Dems have hit us over the head with a tiresome phrase -- "the working poor." Here we have the non-working rich. What a disgusting family, the whole lot of them.
