Don't have specific information but I do have somewhat of a timeline of sorts. Clinton ordered bombing of the following countries during his time in office. Simultaneously, there was an erupting scandal about him for the same timeframe. The bombings were used as a diversion away from these scandals. He bombed Somalia ('93), Haiti ('94), Bosnia ('95), Afghanistan ('98), Sukdan ('98), Iraq ('98) and Yugoslavia ('99). The Yugoslavia bombing began about March '99 simultaneously with the beginning of the Susan MacDougal trial.

I also had a fairly substantial Lewinsky Timeline online (during Clintoon's impeachment it was even getting hits from the Executive Office of the President), but TRIPOD summarily yanked it.
