This is some of the most outrageous BS I've heard in a while. But, I'm not sure FReeping Feingold does any good. We're not his constituent core, he doesn't care. Instead, I'd suggest forwarding this article to every conservative on your e-mail list, asking them to forward, etc.

I think the ill-will that this article will garner our senator (and I use that term loosely) will have a much greater effect come November, 2004! In fact, I intend to hang on to this little gem and recirculate it in, uhh, let's say about 16 months :^)

I fear I found this too late for Charlie Sykes, but Jeff Wagner just might see this in time for today's show (since Mark Belling doesn't read his e-mail, it's pointless to send it his way). Also, you may well see this as part of OpinionJournal's Best of the Web.

>>FReeping opportunities, anyone? I'm wondering when Slimeroad's going to be back in my neck of the woods so he can feel some heat (seems he makes a quick trek to every county in Wisconsin every year in carefully-staged "listening" tours).<<

I'd enjoy freeping him. I went to one of his "listening" sessions about 10 years ago. It was the biggest farce I'd personally ever seen outside of the man himself.

"Sen. Feingold is so beholden to his gay special interest groups and backers," LaBarbera said, "that he's just lost sight of reality."

Senator Feingold is up for re-election in Wisconsin next year. He was re-elected by an exceedingly slim margin in 1998. My message to Wisconsin Republicans is this: do whatever you can to hang him out to dry in 2004! People say he's 'progressive' - ha! He's an amoral bastard who deserves to go back to the real world to make an honest living since he seems to live in the clouds in his current job.

What parent in their right mind would want to take their kids to see a couple fruitcakes fondling each other? Many parents wouldn't want their kids seeing hetorosexuals do this, let alone homosexuals. Feingold's remarks are inexplicably stupid, and I think this should be resurrected against him in the campaign. Somehow, I don't think that the average voter in Wisconsin would agree with him.

Homosexuality is deviant sexual behavior and a mental illness.

Homosexuals: 1) subject their body parts to uses nature did not intend, such activities often presenting immediate risk to the participants; 2) are prone to greater suicide, depression and other mental disorders and deficiencies than the heterosexual population at large; 3) are prone to far greater sexually transmitted diseases, including AIDS, than the (normal) heterosexual population; 4) molest young people (pedophilia) at a far greater rate than heterosexuals; 5) engage in degrading sexual promiscuity, oftentimes engaging in risky sex with many partners during the same event; 6) are engaged in aggressive and widespread efforts to indoctrinate our children by introducing the homosexual lifestyle using public schools as the primary indoctrination “vehicle” and likewise, through the movie/music/TV industry, with the dual goals of gaining school-age acceptance of homosexuality and encouraging sexual activity among children, especially same-sex experimentation; 7) view most everything through a mindset heavily biased in favor of the homosexual lifestyle and culture, which renders them mostly useless when asked to opine on matters that normal heterosexuals better resolve.

The mental deficiencies described herein applying to homosexuals shall not be confused with the deficiencies associated with the left wing democrat/socialist/Marxist/ feminist/environmentalists, etc., mind, which have their own distinct set of mental disorders.

This doesn't even touch on what the Bible has to say about homosexuality.

The opposition from radical gays to Bill Pryor is simply a reflection of his commitment to traditional values.

This issue is simply the latest issue de jour of the left to resist the appointment of any judges who will not do their bidding. The constitution is a big impediment to the lefts' plans. They can only do what they want with judicial complicity as the constitution forbids most of what they need.

They have been able to steamroll the constitution in the past and they are even more strident now. We are at an important turning point for them and they know it, even though they don't act as if they do. If we can trounce their most desperate acts now, and this is just one of them, they will be toast for a long time. Their primary vehicle, the Democrat Party, will be greatly diminished so they will have to find another to breath life into. That will take a long time and in the meantime conservatism will be showing its mettle to the useful idiots.

I don't see that Libertarian stand on the Boy Scout threads.

From the current platform (italics are mine):

Freedom of Association and Government Discrimination

Individual rights should not be denied, abridged, or enhanced at the expense of other people's rights by laws at any level of government based on sex, wealth, race, color, creed, age, national origin, personal habits, political preference, or sexual orientation.

We support repealing any such laws rather than extending them to all individuals.

Discrimination imposed by government has caused a multitude of problems. Anti-discrimination laws create the same problems. While we do not advocate private discrimination, we do not support any laws which attempt to limit or ban it.

The right to trade includes the right not to trade -- for any reasons whatsoever; the right of association includes the right not to associate, for exercise of this right depends upon mutual consent.

End excerpt from the platform.

The Boy Scouts are a private organization and should be free to admit or not admit whoever they wish.

Given the noted, documents, and photographed behavior of sufferers of same gender attraction disorder at the Disney parks, any parent who would subject their child to being exposed to that behavior should be charged with child abuse.

Feingold can STFU!!!

Intersting. You know, the way the TV stations shot this thing you'd think the park was full of 'em.

My post quotes directly from the LP platform, so it's not just "my view". Further, I haven't seen any "Libertarians" posting as you say, hence my reply.

You're entitled to your opinion. But you've clearly demonstrated it's based on lack of knowledge and/or understanding. Don't worry, I'm not out to convert you, just making sure the Libertarian perspective is honestly represented. Feel free to dislike it.

Aren't they supposed to be wearing shirts? I think that the color they selected is red but brown shirts would also suffice.

belated bump...
your comment nails it...
Since getting my first sickening dose of politial correctness during graduate school,
I've told friends and families that Liberal/Democrats are not looking for
tolerance of their more objectionable philosophies...these Nazis won't be
happy until a person actually embraces and participates in them.

Hey, evangelical Christians and evangelical Gays may both have thier nutty moments...
but at least the evangelical Christians don't ask me to do damage to my body and try to call
it recreational sex.

(OK, the nuttiest-of-the-nuttiest evangelical Christians do have that insane
playing with rattlesnakes thing...)

O'Reilly just showed some video of Gay Days at Disney on tonight's program - Aug. 6th. Very sickening video. They were performing homosexual acts in public. I'm glad O'Reilly is making an issue of this.

He was mad that Disney was not policing the park better during Gay Days. He was also mad that Disney will not let the public know when Gay Days are held so that families who do not want to expose their children to this behavior can avoid the park during this time.
