Not that anyone, including yourself, would expect the Golan Solution to work, but this would have an effect almost as bad as the pals' stillborn 'right of return'.

Such a plan as this would force the issue. Either the people living in the territories themselves would stand up against terrorism and eradicate from amongst them, or they would steadily see their lands/territories shrink.

I am afraid at this stage that there is little prospect for another solution short of war.
