Personally I have used them but i dont rely on them, I try my best to stay fit eat right, herbs chicken and other things to say alive. I just dont trust drugs anymore. Im sorry I have lost faith especially when you see someone's health go down the tubes and then switch them on a "foods that heal" diet and see that person turn around.

If you ever delve into the O.T of the Bible, ready what kinds of food God said are healthy for us to eat and live longer.And when you have a right diet, you do reduce the risk of having to take medications becasuse of disorders. Prevention is better way to live.

I agree about the man made drugs, pursue with extreme caution. I see a line of folks at the Pharmacy every day and they all look awful and just can't wait to get their meds.

Nutrition and naturapathic(sp?) medicine is fascinating. Ronnie Lott said that he found naturapathic ways to enhance physical performance. He said he found natural equivalents to steroids and uppers. I believe in that way, personally. Alternative medicine does work.

I bought that Time magazine with the cover story "How The Mind Can Heal The Body", but, as expected, it was mostly littered with photos of bums that i'm supposed to feel sorry for.
