Yes - and she was the only one to vote against Chertoff in 2001 when he was nominated Asst. AG.

Now that I think about it, I think it may have been the confirmation of Chertoff as assistant attorney general that Hillary was the only senator to vote against. Hadn't Chertoff been chief counsel of a Senate committee investigating Watergate?
