When my M.D. husband gets home, I'm going to re-quiz him about bodies in the water and 'post-mortem' wounds to an unborn, near-term baby.
I called him, but he said he'd have to actually read the report to know if it's authentic (meaning properly written using the proper medical terms). He agreed with me, that it sounds too ghoolish, and that it doesn't quite ring true considering the time in the water.

What are the chances of this "noose" just being tangled after a "coffin" birth? I guess we'll know soon enough if it was put there on purpose?
