This attorney on Fox -- name escapes me -- said that the plastic tied around the neck one and a half times doesn't make sense if you were trying to strangle somebody; he said you'd need two "ends" equal in length.

I'm not looking forward to the endless speculation regarding this "tape". Reminds me of all the arguments about the garrote around Jon Benet's neck.

The baby's wound had jagged edges per FOX. This adjective does not fit w/its being a knife wound. Perhaps some sharp edged debris stirred up from the bottom by ships could have been responsible? Mere speculation at this point, I know. As for the plastic tape...Abrams said it "looked like" that. Who knows but the doctors who performed the autopsy? There again, such a "tape" could have been in the water and become attached via water turbulence...

Interesting, however, that this "news" came out today just after the defense got the autopsy report.

IMHO, Baby was anchored inside Laci. Got tangled in the plastic (as per 'redlipstick's' info) because baby was in much better condition than Laci, which tells me, baby stayed inside Laci for a long time.

Had baby not been inside Laci, I find it impossible to believe that anything would have been left of the baby to find!

Someone on Greta the other night said that even though the water may look calm, it isn't. That if the body was tethered, then it would jerk back and forth due to the currants constantly in motion at the bottom.

Jackie Peterson, although she has to be in her own hell right now, is the classic example of a Protective Mother. She would be the one that went to the Principal of her 5th grade son who had been repremanded for doing wrong, and say..

From what I see now, Snot was the "golden boy" from the beginning. The sad thing is, Garagos KNOWS this (probably), and will USE Jackie to that end. Just like the other day when he held a press conference, and in the middle he had to point out that Jackie was "nodding her head yes " at what he was telling the media.

FGS, Laci's head is still missing. Baby's post-mortem cut or cuts, were likely incurred from the debris on the shore where he washed-up --- broken bottles, scraps of metal, a whole sundry of items.

I remember reading that a search warrant is not required for LE to search and remove evidence from garbage. Does anyone know if this is true?

I can't quote the law or lack thereof. But it is true. Once you discard something it is no longer yours.

BTW, I always wondered what Scott was throwing way in those clips of him. I have to believe that LE went through his trash with a fine toothed comb.

Do a search on "plastic tape" You'd be surprized at how many kinds there are....surgical,vinyl(plastic) used for gym floors, boats (very adhesive, resistant to sun, water chemicals etc.), warehouses, rv's, packaging etc.

By making excuses for her son's behavior and not holding him accountable, she ENABLES her son to become the SCUM we PROTECTIVE Mothers have to protect our children from!
