If you type Howard Dean in any search engine a web page appears under his official site as a poll. It co$ts 4 bucks to view/join this so called poll. This is probably how he made a million bucks on the net. It is a scam, or, it was funnelled from Reiner and Sheen on the net so it is easier to report to the FEC.
