Comment and question: Stupid judge. Why does she have so many parking tickets that she feels she doesn't have to pay?

The article leaves out an important question: Was there reasonable cause for the judge to believe that the woman was in fact giving money to terrorists?

The remark was un-called for but I do hope that this is not made into a big deal!

This judge happens to be a retired Lt. Colonel I believe in the USMCR and used to arraign prisoners in battle fatigues when on active duty. He is usualy tough on traffic offenders saying to all the accused violators before traffic court commences, " If it comes down to your word or the police officers word, your gonna lose". "You can save your time and my time by just paying the ticket". Half the violators would stand up and walk over to the court clerk and pay their fines. This is too bad. A dumb thing to say but consider the mans age.
