I've been bothered by the reports that Snotty is writing to Laci's family and friends.
When my ex-husband passed away I was involved in a 3 year long court battle with his family, trying to recover his estate for our young children. They were writing me some pretty upsetting letters and I forewarded all of them to my attorney. He said I did the right thing NOT to write/respond to them.
I'm sure that SP's letters are professing his innocence, but wouldn't you think a lawyer with half a brain would tell him NOT to do that?

Surely they'll have a judge who can keep control, and keep it from becoming the trial of Amber Frey. There's only so much of Amber's past that would be relevant to this murder prosecution. And as you say, Geragos may put his foot in it if he tries to attack her.

Amber shows genuine-looking nervousness at times. It's likely she'll appear that way on the witness stand. If Geragos gets her crying, or shames her in a big way, while cross-examining her, he's dead meat.

The truth is that he and another very unpopular freeper have been advertising for weeks that they are "hooking up" this week. Presumably they are on a lake somewhere and both are male (we won't comment on that).

But anyway......I'm pretty sure that they are together and had to find a place to post where they would get a reaction.

It's best to ignore them from this point on.

I do think his lawyer should put a stop to it, if he's doing it.

But then, I thought his lawyer should tell him in very strong terms not to give those press interviews.

Sometimes a lawyer's client won't take the advice that he's paying good money for. (Or that his parents and the state of California are paying good money for.)

Just the opposite, I presume. These letters weren't being written BEFORE MG took over the case. I suspect he wants him to write loving supporting letters, professing his innocense and his desire to find Laci's killer, to forgive them for not believing him and to be a part of the 'family'. For, what murderer would reach out to the family of his victim??? I attribute the whole thing to his attorney (who may not have half a brain).

Some guys like to come on these Peterson threads to prove to themselves that they are superior b/c they don't care about "trivial" things like this murder case. They proceed to prove this by making trivial and really stupid comments, hanging around for a few posts (attention-span problems) and then going off somewhere else.

We are all very impressed by such posters.
