Nation of Islam leader's son in police custody

The 44-year-old son of Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan is in Indiana State Police custody after a hit and run accident.
Police say Nasir H. Farrakhan of Chicago is being held at the Porter County Jail for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, driving with a suspended license, leaving the scene of an accident, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Farrakhan was driving his Hummer on the Indiana Toll Road in LaPorte County when the accident happened.

how dare they jail him for not carrying a paper from the white man to give him permission to drive! (liscense) And the car he hit was probably white and deserved to be hit for oppressing him when he wanted to change lanes!

I agree he is a grown man.
Should stand on his own. (no pun intended)
Even Graham's son had demons to deal with.
So far as drinking and being Muslim I know a lot of Catholics who choose not to stay chaste as singles.
My opnion about Louis is he is very manic about himself and his pigment.

There is a big difference in having a little drink with the meal and drinking more heavily then driving intoxicated.

I totally agree. I am refering more to discrediting the whole cult or religion due to members who do not follow the teachings.

I thought that muslims weren't allowed to drink alchohol? The article doesn't mention alcohol. ....And I doubt the paraphernalia found by the cops was a beer bong.
