At some point I will send this article to a good friend. Her brother was special ops and was killed by an RPG. Their deaths aren't mentioned much. How they died almost not at all. Perhaps because naming them would jeopardize other lives. I'm very proud of him and saddened by his death.

My condolences to you and your friend.

Special ops are indeed the unsung heroes. Most of their deeds will never been known by anyone, but a very few, but the results of their heroism is obvious: a major contributor to winning wars and reducing casualties.
