 We already said this is not about going over there to steal their oil. The oil money belongs to the Iraqi people. It will be spent on Iraq.
Neither the U.S., nor the Democratic Party, has any right to demand that any of that money be spent on programs in the United States. That is the absolutely worst thing we could do. |

2... One might observe that the administration does not control the pursestrings - "requiring" the President to do something is pretty ridiculous coming from a House member.
