OK, Muchmed: here's how a MARINE does it;

Tie the rope to the chain.. use the rope to pull the chain around Sddamn's neck.... make fast the cleat (Nice choke-collar for this DOG!)

Check out the neck-tie! I think the 3-green star flag is the Saddamnite version - have seen the golden sunburst in the middle version at some of the liberation celebrations down South - may be the "Free Iraq" flag. May be appropriate to dis the green star one.

The Marine just fetched the flag back down. So we'll see.
