MSNBC just showed footage of an Iraqi urinating on Saddam's picture!! Is that a bigger insult than hitting his picture with your shoe?

Fun at work tomorrow, we market Direct Tv. The small but vocal anti war, anti Fox crowd will be very quiet.

Next: The battle for Tikrit. This ain't over yet.

Quite a tagline there my dear. I was going to post a joke in the midst of that convo, but hesitated. Not sure, I still might.

CNN already running "negative" stories....what's the fate of Saddam? Leave it to the Communist "News" Network to break out the whiner stories. To answer their question, though...
Saddam had best hope that he's already dead, or that we find him before his former subjects.

His buddy was weilding the shoe treatment on the picture. The second guy, "did something more graphic" as the Brit reporter commented.

(My dad, a WW2 vet, always said "America's best and most loyal ally is..Britain". He was right.)
Pretty Chicken is now talking about trying to track down some US tank crew member. Something about some video footage that I guess the crew member was in.

"Is that a bigger insult than hitting his picture with your shoe?"
Probably about the same thing!

Who's going to make it to Tikrit first; the 3rd ID, the 4th ID, the 1st MEF, the 2nd MEF, or some force that I've forgotten to mention?

Next: The battle for Tikrit. This ain't over yet. And the 4th ID is officially in-country and ready to roll. Imagine that.

Your tagline reminds me of the "white man's overbite" which essentially means when white men like me dance, they hold up their arms, elbows at 90 degree angles, still their but out, move their feet back and forth and for some unexplained reason overbite their bottom lip.
It's okay...we've all done it. Sure, it's nothing to be proud of but it just happens...the white man's overbite. :)

"they will be renaming streets to honor the names of those that have died to liberate them!"
Oh, my...that's a triple "Wow."

I bet they're telling him to find the Marine engineer who climbed the crane onto the statue.
Eeeeeeew! I DO NOT want that guy to interview with Richard.
Darn, lost the feed.

Fox just mentioned the 4th might get up there! There is a lot of stuff left to do in the north.
To: TheLion
This has probably been posted but I saw an Iraqi interviewed today who was changing his name to GWB, plus, they will be renaming streets to honor the names of those that have died to liberate them! I hadn't seen that. A big thanks to the Iraqis doing the renaming.

Thank you for starting these threads each day, and thanks to Howlin for the "pings."

I hope Bush does the same thing with the State Dept. as he does the U.N. - keep them out of post-Iraq policy as much as possible.
Those bureaucrats need purged over at State.

Today the left were in force with the bias talk. They really, really, really do not understand how CNN and CBSNBCABC are are biased. They don't understand how the use of only Carter and Clinton former staffers is inheritly biased. ABC had Brzinski (spelling appologies) from the carter administration droning on about how in HIS opinion the US has lost the diplomatic war (!!!???) and WE are the ones who need to go to the Europeans to mend fences. He even specifically repudiated the idea that the WWIII was the cold war and we are now in WW IV.

Oooooo. Richard's phone keeps ringing....c'mon...give out the number, Richie boy!
