I believe it is in progress ... and I hope it continues. Those people rising up and throwing off Saddam and his abject tyranny is the absolute best of all outcomes and what I know our own people have pushed for, hoped for and prayed for ... and it will also be a message to others ... and hopefully a indicator of things to come.
