So in Iraq we see the Russian defense strategies. In Afghanistan we saw their offensive strategies (as compared to ours that followed). What exactly ever made those Russians so frightening;)

Always be afraid of someone (or groups of someones) that have no moral basis, are underpaid, hungry, and are armed with a lot of high explosives. No need for high-precision munitions when you come to the fight with no conscience and home is just as hellish as here.
