I finally caught up! Just saw a scroll on the bottom of Fox about Koffi. He said that the UN would bring legitimacy to a interm government and reconstruction in Iraq...........LEGITIMACY! hahahaha" ...in a way that a government of free, democratic iraqi's (who love the U.S.) would not.

Sounds like he's saying that if we don't let them have their way then they will not reconize the new government. If they don't reconize the government then they get to keep all of that "Oil for Food" money.
