I do not believe this. The news just came on and the lead story is speculation that some people may believe we "planted" the WMD because we were "desperate" to find something. I have nothing in my cubicle to throw. I think I'll go to lunch. Grrr!

Hope you had a refreshing lunch! FYI, regarding the findings of WMD, a reporter asked R if they had planned for anything comparable to 'evidence chain of custody' as it is known in police work. R assured the reporters that , in so far as possible on a battlefield, of course they had established chain of custody procedures.

It seems like there is an IQ test for Pentagon reporters with a (not very high) maximum point level cutoff!

I'll say. I credit Rummy so much for not going over the podium and going whacko on these people.

Lunch isn't that fun anymore because the protesters have stopped hanging out across the street. We used to take turns going downstairs and walking through them at lunch... anything to brighten up our boring government lives!
