Hi all. I've been out of town since Saturday am and met up with many of my deaf friends. It was amazing at how much they are out of the loop on this war. They have been watching CNN or MSNBC all this time b/c they are the ones that provides most of the closed captioning. My friends thought we were losing the war. I corrected them on that and caught them up with the real news. And told them to start watching Fox News. I also told them that I have been waging a campaign to get Fox News to provide 24/7 CC. There were about fifty of us deaf there and they all told me that if Fox News were to do the 24/7 CC, they would most certainly switch over to Fox News. For now, they are sticking with who provides the most CC and I can't say I really blame them. I'm just lucky to have FR for most of my news.

It sure wouldn't hurt to fire off some more emails to Fox News. Email Rush too! He's very sensitive to issues like this. He is good friends with Roger Ailes so he might bring this to Mr. Ailes' attention.

I just now got caught up with the last two days of the Situation Room in here and may I say that it was just like I was there with you guys. Aren't our men and women in uniform over there something?? I grieved for our soldiers who lost their lives. I cried when I learned that David Bloom had died. I cheered at Greg Kelly's reports. I beamed with pride at FR scooping all the news channels on some of the breaking news. You guys just simply rock my world and I love y'all for that.

Okay, let me see if I can remember my little lesson from the other night from glock rocks. So pardon me for a moment here as I have a message for the outstanding Fox News Channel.
