But, my friend, the most egregious crimes against humanity were not silent conspiracies but shouted from the rooftops. The destruction of the Jews under the Nazis was advertised in Mein Kampf before it became official government policy. The mass deaths under Stalin and Mao were not exactly clandestine affairs. The killing fields of Cambodia were well documented as they were created.
Generally, megadeaths are not secret conspiracies of a few plotters, they are the result of well publicized movements. The murder of Jews in Israel by suicide/homicide bombers is publicly encouraged and preached from mosques throughout the world. Otherwise the supply of volunteers would dry up and the Moslem world would see it for the atrocity that it is.
Regarding your desire to shoot pedophiles, I would say that if your really mean that, you are an extremist. As long as you keep your ideas to yourself, I have no problem with your little foible. However, should you found the “Society of Killing Pedophiles by Shooting Them” and began ranting about this on a weekly basis, encouraging your followers to identify people in their neighborhoods who have been accused of pedophilia with the idea of shooting them, I would think seriously about taking legal action against you. You see, at that point, your personal nuttiness has become a public hazard.

We have laws against conspiracy.. You can't use a mosque or a church to conspire to kill people.
Say what you want about the sermon, (Be it from the OT, or the Koran) but I don't see allot of American Muslim Jihadders.
Even so, the KKK and the Socialist Workers Party are covered by our First Amendment.. They rant against race & religion all the time.
