Are you familiar with the Crusades? Yeah....weren't those the wars where Christians decided to try to take back the land they had lost to sabre-slaughtering Muslims?

Why? You obviously don't think people like him should be a part of "your" America.

A group of Muslim students held up signs asking: "Do you think American Muslims should be banned from public office? Do you think homosexuals are satanists? Ask Pat Robertson."Why don't we ask MUSLIMS if they think homosexuals are Satanists?

Pat Robertson stirs up debate (Islam is not a peaceful religion) He is right. It isn't a religion of peace.

"Islam is not a peaceful religion," he said. "The Koran makes it very clear if you see an infidel, you are to kill him. This is not a peaceful religion. It isn't bigotry to tell the truth." Pat is right.
Some evidence, as kindly provided by nicmarlo:
O ye who believe! Take not the Jews and the Christians for friends. (al-Ma'idah 5:51.11) Whoever changes his Islamic religion, kill him. (Sahih Al-Bukhari 9:57)
Slay the idolaters wherever you find them, and take them captives and besiege them and lie in wait for them in every ambush. (Koran 9:5)
Take him and fetter him and expose him to hell fire. (Koran 69:30-37)
I will instill terror into the hearts of the unbelievers, Smite ye above their necks and smite all their finger tips of them. (Koran 8:12)
They (the unbelievers) should be murdered or crucified or their hands and their feet should be cut off on opposite sides. (Koran 5:33)
"Know that paradise is under the shades of swords." (Sahih al-Bukhari Vol 4 p55)

Pat Robertson spoke from the lectern at Princeton University last night like it was his pulpit, calling students to stand up for their moral convictions and not be swayed by popular culture..."America was founded on Bible," he said. "We all have a plan and destiny, a pursuit of happiness to work out in our lives that God made us. That's the genius of America - the pursuit of happiness - and it is directly out of the Bible. Good things come to the U.S. because the country is imbued with biblical principles."
Yeah, what a nut Pat Robertson is. (eyeball roll)
Where's he wrong?

"My tuition shouldn't be used for this event. I don't think it should go to pay for hate speech." Translation from liberalese: TRUTH = HATE SPEECH or the more ridiculous version, "God Is Hate".

"My tuition shouldn't be used for this event. I don't think it should go to pay for hate speech." He wants all of his tuition money to go to speakers of left wing drivel. He's all for free speech as long as he agrees with what's being said.
Typical intolerant liberal dope.

"students, who support gay and lesbian rights, decided to make fun of Robertson instead of staging a serious protest because Robertson's ideas aren't worth being taken seriously." Well, considering that Robertson's ideas and teachings come directly form the Bible, I guess these fruit fairies have made it known that they don't consider God's word worth taking seriously.

"Are you familiar with the Crusades?" the student replied, to which several members of the audience applauded. You mean the battle to reclaim lands seized by Islamo-fascist invasion and to liberate the oppressed peoples held under the yoke of Islamic tyranny?
Yes, I'm familiar with the Crusades. Are you familiar with Jihad? You know, that movement which destroyed the World Trade Center a couple years ago?
I have trouble with people who hold grudges for centuries and centuries about things that happened on the other side of the world, but can't remember things that happened just a couple years ago to their own country.
Crusades: a movement to conquer a single city. Jihad: a movement to conquer the entire world.
Go lick the boots of Saddam, fella. If you like Islamo-fascism so much, you should go live under it.

(Sophomore Dan Rakove held a banner that read: "I support free speech, but not free hate."
"I don't agree with paying thousands of dollars for someone who thinks people like me should not be part of his America," Rakove said. "My tuition shouldn't be used for this event. I don't think it should go to pay for hate speech.")
I wonder if this brainwashed college student knows that many Muslim student clubs actively promote Anti-Semitism on the college campuses. It is amazing that the universities look the other way when Muslims commit hate crimes on campuses.

"He is out of step with mainstream America. People don't really buy his views, at least no one I talk to." Yeah, I can believe that. In this little twit's elitist Ivy League world he doesn't talk to many down to earth Americans who believe in God and morality. I doubt he meets many patriotic Americans either, those who take the pledge of allegiance seriously and are willing to fight and die if necessary to protect their nation. He's gonna be in for a major shock if he ever has to leave his comfortable, pampered, coddled, little make-believe world and live in the real world with the rest of us.

Pat needs to be talking to the Maryland State Legislature where they refused a pastor the opportunity to give the invocation because he would use the words "in Jesus name". It seems two Jewish legislators whined and complained and threatened a boycott, even though 3 Jewish rabbis would be following the pastor in giving the invocation. Shameful!
